Café con Leche
Need a jolt of booze and caffeine? This cocktail will pull double duty, waking you up AND keeping you toasty warm all winter long.
Ingredients
- 1oz. Vodka or rum (both work well)
- 1oz. Espresso
- 0.5oz Cointreau (orange liqueur)
- 0.5oz PX Sherry (Pedro Ximenez adds sweetness)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin (ensure the tin doesn’t get too hot from the espresso)
- Quickly shake and swirl the ingredients until combined
- Pour into a martini glass
- Garnish with cream and coffee beans (optional)
